Exchange policy

Products can be exchanged within 2 days of the delivery date. For hygiene reasons inherent to beauty products, we offer exchanges only (not refunds), except when a damaged or wrong product arrives.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives broken or damaged in delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product, and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
